Join us for The Great Speaker Quest, an end-of-year celebration where speakers, storytellers, and mischief-makers gather for a night of competition, connection, and laughter.
Hosted by Joel McKerrow and Aisling Smith, this is no ordinary event. It is part festival, part game night, part reflection and celebration of everything you’ve achieved in your speaker business this year.
Expect a fast-paced evening of interactive challenges, unexpected twists, and friendly rivalry, all designed to test your wits, words, and imagination.
Yes, There Are Prizes! Beyond the glory of victory and bragging rights, we have real prizes waiting for the top teams. And, of course, the thrill of outperforming your peers!
And to wrap it all up, there will be a final pep-talk for the year from one of our community's speakers to set your heart afire and propel us into the new year.
Whether you join in-person at Brewmanity (with food, drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere) or online from afar, you’ll be part of the same vibrant, interactive night. For in-person attendees you will be able to order your own food and drinks throughout the evening. For online-attendees (it's called Uber eats, ha).
Bring a Friend! We’re all about community, so feel free to invite a speaker friend (or two!) to share in the fun. This event is the perfect opportunity for current PSA members, potential PSA members and their guests to celebrate the season, unwind, and look forward to an incredible new year!

ABOUT JOEL MCKERROW
Joel McKerrow is the go-to speaker for Creativity Driven Transformation. He is an award-winning writer and performance poet, representing Australia at the Individual World Poetry Slam Championships. Joel is the VIC/TAS Chapter President for PSA. As the Director of The School for Creative Development, Joel empowers leaders and teams to unlock their creative potential and cultivate innovation in both personal and professional settings.
ABOUT AISLING SMITH
Aisling Smith is the Neurodiversity Trainer of the Year, a Stevie Award nominee, and a ‘40 Under 40’ honoree. She is an internationally recognised Neurodivergent Employee Empowerment Coach and Corporate Neurodiversity Consultant, with over 15 years of corporate experience. Aisling helps late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals unlock their potential and guides leaders to create NeuroInclusive Workplaces where everyone thrives.
She is also the Vice-President of VIC/TAS PSA.

6:20pm The actual festivities and program for the night will begin. There will be small breaks throughout the evening.
