About Dr Louise Mahler
Dr Louise Mahler is a leadership communication scholar, a speaker, coach and best-selling author who works with the skills of Gravitas to help leaders - from early stage entrepreneurs to international C-suite and board executives achieve dramatic and measurable change.
In 2025 she has been voted a top expert in Communication globally, has won two Stevie Awards as well as the highly coveted ‘Speaker of the Year’ Title in Australia and been recognised by IBM as one of 50 top thinkers.
Highly qualified with multiple degrees and masters, Louise has a PhD in Business, focusing on Leadership Communication, was a recipient of the Universities Award for Innovation in PhD research, is an official member of Forbes Coaches Council and was awarded the title of Adjunct Professor in 2024.
A regular guest on TV and Radio for her acutely observant analysis and advice Louise is a writer for The Australian Financial Review, has two Books, Resonate and Gravitas and most recently has contributed to an International treatise on Trust, The Age of Doubt.

Abe is Specialist in Corporate Sustainability Management with operations and project management experience in the critical industries such as construction, mining, transport, facilities mgt.
