We are excited to change things up a little for this webinar! Rather than delivering a presentation or message, instead head ‘backstage’ to join PSA’s newly awarded 2024 Keynote Speaker of the Year, Peter Merrett, for a special behind the scenes “Ask Me Anything!” experience.

Step inside his world of Wonder to discover the rituals and practices that go into his stage productions and advisory practices. About Peter Merrett

Peter Merrett is a multi-award-winning luxury hotelier, Australia’s 2024 Keynote Speaker of the Year, and founder of The House of Wonderful.

Drawing from 35 years of international hospitality experience, Peter nourishes the service culture of organisations across the world with heart and wonder. He led his teams to win the International Office Building of the Year for Tower 42 in London, to win the Best Customer Experience in the World for JLL Australia and to twice win the United Kingdom's Hotel of the Year.

Inspired by hospitality, humility, and experiential service, he is committed to bringing Wonder back to life - on and off stage, through speaking, advising, and coaching. He has presented in 11 countries across a multitude of industries, including performing on stage around the U.S with his mentor, Disney University’s former Head of Training, Doug Lipp.

About the National webinar series

Each month you’ll hear from someone who’s highly successful in their field, with ideas, tools and insights to help move the needle of your speaking business – whether your focus is keynotes, training, webinars or other modalities.

The sessions will be no longer than 60 minutes and some of this time will be dedicated to peer learning. We may use breakout rooms so you can discuss your takeaways and ideas – so please have your video on and come prepared to engage and share.
