When asked about his presentation "Becoming a Presenter in Demand" Allan Parker answered with the following:

  • Might it be possible that being an exceptional speaker requires us to speak less?
  • Could there be an invisible target to business success for professional speakers? Damn Blind Spots? ;)
  • Would you be interested to find out what it could or might be?
  • How would it be if you were a Professional Speaker in constant demand, without enough time to do marketing or sales?
  • Can that really happen?
  • And what does being a professional mean, in 2024 and beyond, anyway?
  • If learning both the art and science of how to be a creator of adaptive and expansive brains, that results in additional client work, would that be of interest to you?

    ABOUT ALLAN PARKER OAM

Our presenter is Allan Parker, an international negotiator, with an unusually diverse background, including Health, Education, Counselling, Linguistics, Dispute Resolution.

He describes himself as an eccentric micro-behavioural scientist and a bit of a nerd.

He is the best-selling author of Switch on your Brain and the Negotiator’s Toolkit; somewhat relevant for us I’d say.

Outside of his work life, I hear he has been a scratch golfer and ultra-marathon runner, having run 24 hours, not once, but twice.

Professor Mark Tennant, past Dean of the Faculty of Adult Education at UTS said of Allan,

“His sessions have a curious combination of Education, self-transformation and theatre that have a natural flow…….. he can be serious, empathic, fun, and somewhat unpredictable….”

    *******

Allan Parker OAM, is an humanely eccentric, endlessly exploring, testing and trialling WHAT work, When, Where, with Whom……and never stops until he has explored five different HOWS.

He makes it impossible to not see the unseen, and he fearlessly asks those questions we all want to ask, yet rarely do.

International Photograph and Speaker, Peter Longworth said of Parker, “He is the Picasso of the Speaking Industry”
