You are probably aware that Gary Edwards CSP is the current National President of PSA. You may even know that he was the 2021 Nevin Award winner. But did you know that Gary also:
• Was formerly a Commercial and Litigation Lawyer?
• Helped develop the performance standards for police hostage negotiators?
• Has run Masters programs on Entrepreneurship?
• Has been a professional corporate magician for over 20 years?
Join us for breakfast and a chat with Gary, who will be joining us in person. Gary is staying on in the National President role in 2024 and is keen to connect with the members and guests of each PSA Chapter. Gary will give a short presentation where he will:
• Give an outline of where the organisation is at and what our priorities are for next year
• Explain how the organisation is making changes to make life easier for our volunteers and make events better value for members
• Answer any questions that you have about PSA and anything else you'd like to know that could help your speaking journey
We will also celebrate the upcoming holiday season and the year that was 2023. Our much-loved Book Secret Santa is back so please bring a book you found helpful this year, wrapped in brown paper, and drop it in our Santa box when you come in. You then get to select a mystery book, brought by another member, for some holiday reading.
You will notice that the ticket price for this event is higher than our evening meetings. This is because the ticket price includes Continental Breakfast and bottomless coffee, leaf teas & juices.
