Connection, Curiosity, and Chemistry: How to Quickly Connect with Your Audience Every Time with Kirryn Zerna

As a speaker, your ability to quickly build rapport and connection with your audience isn’t just a skill; it's your secret weapon. Maintaining their attention and how that translates learning into action is where mastery truly happens… but how can you captivate your audience in today's diverse, multi-generational, social-media-driven landscape?

Let’s explore the art and science of human connection, and how you can harness it to equip and engage your audience in any format, regardless of size or industry.

Exploring questions like: How can you encourage participation? What activities are most effective to drive understanding? How can you facilitate discussions, whether it’s for a room of 10 to 1,000?

In this facilitated session, our resident Connection Queen Kirryn Zerna, will delve into the essential elements of connection. We'll also explore effective techniques shared by our professional speaking community, ensuring you leave with a toolkit of tips and tools that you can immediately apply.

Join us to elevate your speaking game and create lasting connections with your audience.

About Alfred Chidembo

Born into an impoverished rural village in Zimbabwe, Alfred learnt to write in the dirt. Despite overwhelming odds, he achieved his dream of attending university in Africa and graduating with a doctorate in Materials Engineering in Australia.

Alfred’s remarkable journey has given him a deep wellspring of hard-won wisdom for all leaders and their teams to draw from. As well as being a dynamic and inspiring keynote speaker, Alfred is an exceptional high-performance coach, executive designer and facilitator. And, in the true spirit of Ubuntu, he is also the founder of a charity that rescues books from Australian landfills and sends them to schoolchildren in Africa.

As one of Australia’s most naturally gifted storytellers, Alfred shares his stories with vivid clarity and compassionate authority. His message is clear and simple:

Embracing Ubuntu enables organisations to unleash the power of their people.
