The next PSA QLD|NT Chapter event to grow your speaker business is focused on marketing You... and Your podcast!  We have two speaking giants joining us this month, National PSA President Gary Edwards CSP and Podcast Queen Nina Sunday CSP.

Session 1: Position, Position, Position! How to use the world’s only patented “Why Pie” to improve your pitch and increase your sales.

Ok, so you’ve got your Yamini-inspired X-factor statement nailed! We know WHO you uniquely are.

Now what??

Well, the next step is - we need to know WHY we should book you. Because in the immortal words of…whoever said it… “Your job is to create a demand for your services.”

In this session, PSA National President Gary Edwards CSP will share with you the world’s one and only patented, verified, certified, clarified, sanitized and electrified “Why Pie” – a verbal framework to make it easy for you to remember and share your pitch in a way which will increase the chances of your prospective customer buying whatever it is you have to sell.

In this practical and interactive session, you will learn:

  • Why being able to answer Why is critical to your success
  • Why there are actually at least three Whys!
  • Why building trust is essential to your positioning - but not enough - in a changing world, and what your new positioning needs to be
  • How to use the 8 steps of the Why Pie to make it easy to develop, remember and pitch your message in any situation
  • How to answer any question a prospective customer has

And finally…

  • What we can learn from cats when it comes to pitching our services or product (no really…)

About Gary Edwards CSP

Gary Edwards CSP is Australia’s only Lawyer and Magician turned Cat-loving Word Nerd! Through his business Speak With Influence, and with a personal goal of helping people to make the most of every situation, Gary works with organisation and individuals who want to master the conversations they have with their colleagues, clients, customers and critics.
