Do you struggle to juggle the many tasks, demands and requests that you feel you need to attend to every day? Are the constant demands for your attention leaving you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted? Our productivity can be significantly affected by the complexity of the world we operate in. Knowing how to simplify is a crucial skill in a word full of options and distractions.

In this session we will explore together the complexity challenges we face and what we can do to simplify. You'll learn:

  1. Why we're always so busy and why simplicity is hard: how to build simplicity as a skill
  2. Evidence based tools to be more productive every day
  3. Knowing what and how to eliminate: what to say no to in a world of so much distraction
