What has art got to do with speaking, you might ask?
We think exploring the inspirations, approaches and challenges of the artist to create a piece of art that moves people, provokes them and captivates them, has everything to do with our role as speakers. Why not challenge our creative process by broadening our ideas and learn from another profession?
What’s involved?
Our event starts with a private guided tour of the ground-breaking Melbourne Now exhibition. Bold in scope and scale, the exhibition highlights ambitious and thought-provoking projects. Artists just like the best speakers are edge workers – challenging what is possible.
Whether you're a seasoned art enthusiast or a curious beginner, our expert guide will provide you with insider knowledge and bring art to life in new and exciting ways.
After the tour, we'll gather for a gourmet dinner at Chocolate Buddha (Japanese inspired cuisine) and enjoy the company of our fellow speakers. You'll have the opportunity to connect and spend time over a deep dinner, share your experiences, and build new relationships.
