“Self-mastery - your success - depends on your ability to hang out with tension.”

Every business, from solopreneur to corporate, is undergoing continual and often dramatic change. Sometimes it is easy and comfortable. Most times it is not. Sometimes the process is constructive and useful. Sometimes it is not. And it can quickly become dysfunctional and very destructive.

As Thought Leaders, our challenge is not just to navigate the chaos ourselves, but to actually welcome it – to learn and grow at quantum speed! Then to guide our clients and our audiences to utilise it for transformation – its actual purpose and real value.

Catherine Palin-Brinkworth CSP will share her perspectives and processes for Navigating Chaos into a space for transformative achievement. And she will share 5 Chaos Cushions to help you through anything this changing world can throw at you.

AND THEN

She will unpack and share with you her design process. She will tell you the what and the why, and the how of her program structure. She’ll pass on the guidance she has received from colleagues and coaches over the last 30 years. If you like, she will take you through her foundational formula for building a sustainable speaking business. She’ll leave you encouraged and committed to the service you were born to give.

Watch this brief video to see what Catherine has planned for the event:
