We live in a world that has become more open and willing to consider online or eLearning development for their people. Generally, PSA members are aware they need to complement their face-to-face presentations and connect with an online offering. What if you could pick the brains of Ian Stephens CSP who now has 9 online programs and has evolved his offering and business model? What if he can showcase some gold nuggets from the lessons he has learnt so you don’t make the same mistakes? Would it be good to go behind the scenes of Ian’s business model and see how it has evolved over the last 2 years?

Ian is coming to Adelaide to work with a client and has deliberately made them fit our timetable so he can speak at our event on June 14th.

18 months before the pandemic hit, Ian and his wife Karina decided that they wanted ‘less of Ian in the air, and more of Ian on the air!’ Thus started their journey to create 9 x 12 week eLearning programs which are complimented by monthly zoom master-classes with Ian “live” online. During this evening with Ian he will:

  • Take us behind the scenes of his online training portal
  • Show how they use gamification to engage participants so they actually WANT to complete the program
  • Share and equip us with practical templates and tools he and Karina used to design and implement the strategy
  • Reveal how they use bundled packages so Ian is away half the nights but their revenue has doubled.

During the evening Ian will commence with an interactive presentation, then later in the evening will be available for a deep-dive Q & A session.

About Ian Stephens CSP

Known to many in PSA, Ian has spoken in 29 countries spanning 25 years. Booked to speak or train on average 180 days per year, Ian is a seasoned veteran with over 4,000 engagements under his belt. He says he would be “an idiot not to notice some distinctions and patterns” that speakers, trainers, coaches or consultants are using to convert business. He is the author of 4 books on sales, customer service and transformational change. In 2020 he was honoured by PSA with both the Educator of Excellence Award and the coveted Nevin Award and in 2022 awarded Life Membership of PSA.
