One of the biggest challenges we face as speakers, is being as productive as possible in running our speaker business and keeping our pipeline full.

Tech tools can really help with this but with so many options available, where do you start and how do you know which tools will help, instead of hindering your productivity?

One way is to lean into those who are willing to share the tools that make a huge difference to their success.

Whether it’s managing your time and activity, automating some of your systems or presenting virtually, Executive Speaker Coach Jon Yeo, will be sharing his tried and tested technology tips to help you become a more effective and organised speaker.

In this interactive session you will learn about:

  • The most efficient processes to manage daily activities from sales to admin
  • Stream Deck (including free alternatives)
  • Hardware and software tools to automate your day
  • Tools to keep track of all your projects

Industry Professionals Panel

Following Jon’s presentation, we will have a panel of ‘behind the scenes’ speaking professionals to discuss the most productive way to build and maintain your relationship with those who can book you, along with a Q&A to answer your questions. The panel will consist of Leanne Christie, Founder Ovations and Ode Management, Jon Yeo, Head of Curation TEDx Melbourne Rebecca Maklad, Director Future Crunch and David Moffet, Founder The Ultimate Patient Experience.

About Jon Yeo

Jon works with Leaders and Changemakers to understand incremental influence.

He is a data and analytics geek, and he loves optimising his day, workflow and activities. He uses 1st principles so he can measure his progress and success. He even applied this to the TED YouTube data and discovered what causes someone to pause, rewind or abandon a TED talk. He combined this data to better understand how to design for empathy, engagement and simplify complexity.
