Covid-19 turned the speaking and events industry on its ear. Hopefully it will be the most significant disruption of this decade - the futurists, economists and demographers in our community will tell you it certainly won’t be the last.
In order to thrive through our ‘next normal’ we have to be a bit - unconventional.
We have to adapt how we do what we do, look for new and additional revenue streams and embrace a thriving mindset. We must stay calm in the face of chaos, level up and think strategically. We have to protect our IP while being fiercely collaborative.

Our Un-Speakers will NOT be delivering keynotes. Instead they will facilitate workshops, discussions or experiences. Each one specifically curated and designed to give you a new perspective, proven strategies and practical steps you can take immediately to walk boldly into our new world.

Our Merry Master of Networking, Warwick Merry, CSP, CVP will provide a platform for planned and spontaneous networking that will replicate in person events. No stale and boring Zoom Rooms at Un-Convention 2022.
Our Empress of Engagement, Karen Tui-Boyes will help us host dance parties, competitions, fitness challenges and other surprising and fun interludes in the education.
