For us all to work together to support each other during the current challenging climate we will be running our normal Chapter meet-ups as Chapter HUGs via Zoom. You are welcome to join any of the state chapter HUGs as we share the love across the country. All of these events are free to members. Guests can also join the HUGs for a small registration charge.

The NSW August HUG will be held on 20 August at 6:00pm and we are delighted to have Vivienne Cable and Sue Currie present for us.

Personal Branding - for the On-Screen World!

Since COVID-19 struck, we have all been thrust into the world of having a camera between us and our audience.  In this month’s NSW PSA HUG we look at key points to elevate your personal brand even when a camera gets in the way.

As speakers, trainers, facilitators and experts we all know the importance of our personal brand.  As the world returns to the NEW Normal, which will certainly involve working with a camera between us and our audience, what do we now need to do to elevate our personal brand when we are in front of our audience?

In the August NSW HUG we are joined by two speakers who will give us different aspects of Personal Branding for the on-screen world.  Following these two presentations, we will have a round table where our speakers join together and will take your questions.

Vivienne Cable is a personal stylist who helps people look great – every day, in person and through a camera.  Which colours and styles make you feel and look great?  Shoes are less important with video work, but are an essential detail when on stage.  Which shoes, glasses, accessories, hairstyles and hair colours work for you and show you as the expert that you are?  Viv has styled politicians and their partners, TV personalities, professionals and CSPs for several years, from her premises in Chatswood and Gordon.

Sue Currie helps her clients to stand out and shine – in business, on stage, through the camera and in life.  Many of us will be thinking about how we reignite our personal brand presence as we plan for a renewed working environment. From her professional perspective as a brand and image adviser, former TV presenter and publicist, Sue will advise us on how to approach this with, Three Keys to Refresh our Personal Brand.  What do we need to do now to launch into 2021?
