For us all to work together to support each other during the current challenging climate we will be running our normal Chapter meet-ups as Chapter HUGs via Zoom. You are welcome to join any of the state chapter HUGs as we share the love across the country. All of these events are free to members. Guests can also join the HUGs for a small registration charge.
The VIC August HUG will be held on 17 August at 6:00pm. Our speaker will be Tony Eades CSP.
The New Marketing Playbook
Changing your mindset in a pandemic from ‘playing not to lose’ to ‘playing to win!’
COVID-19 has changed the game for all of us, we're on a new playing field and the rules have changed. It's time to change our mindset with some big business thinking for our small business. From diversifying income streams to the three P's of Power Performance - personas, positioning and process. Armed with Tony’s 'Cracking the Code to Covid' (a free handout for all attendees), you’ll hear his business story from start-up failures and investor rollercoasters to building a global business in three continents. He’ll share his insights for success and the pitfalls to failure that will drive a mindset shift from 'playing not to lose', to 'playing to win'.
The session will include an interactive ‘Springboard Workshop’ that Tony runs with his corporate clients to tease out the challenges for growth and ideate the action plan for your New Marketing Playbook.
Key benefits attendees will leave with.
