UPDATE: As a result of the changing situation due to Covid-19 in Queensland, the decision has been made in the interests of the safety of our speakers, members and guests, to move our August QLD event to an online event.

What's Working Right Now! Speaker 1:

How to use your library of already-created content to create a Membership Program for a quick cash injection and ongoing recurring revenue.

To create a Membership Program is a marketing tactic that provides the perfect blend of recurring revenue and brand building.

Don't know how to create your own profitable membership program?

Then join us – in-person at the Riverview Hotel in Hamilton - in August where Justin Coulson CSP will share his journey to creating a membership program, launched only this year during COVID.

And it’s working! He’ll share successes and mistakes, as well as pitfalls to avoid when creating a membership program.

You’ll walk away knowing the first steps to create and deliver your own membership site from home within the next 7 days.

About Dr Justin Coulson CSP

Dr Justin Coulson is one of Australia’s most respected and popular parenting authors and speakers.

Dr Coulson earned his PhD in Positive Psychology and holds an Honorary Fellowship at the University of Melbourne’s Graduate School of Education in the Centre for Positive Psychology. He is a Senior Associate at the Positive Psychology Institute.

Dr Coulson has written 5 books, and is a three-time bestselling author and a TEDx speaker whose video went viral.

What's Working Right Now! Session 2: Panel of three experts; Tarran Deane, Julian Mather and Nina Sunday CSP
Survive'n'thrive tactics for QLD speakers

Tarran Deane

Will face to face sessions ever return? Tarran Deane didn’t get the memo they were over! She did 26 face to face sessions throughout June-July.

Decision makers are ultra-cautious. Teams are fatigued by social distancing yet everyone’s terrified of a second wave. How then do you get people in a room with you?

Tarran shares with us how she has established trust in her client’s workplace during seasons of ambiguity.

Julian Mather

Beam me up Scotty! Julian Mather d-i-g-i-t-i-s-e-d himself and created video + virtual training courses. Students learn the curriculum outside the classroom via your online video training program then you follow up their questions with virtual coaching.

Of course, he’ll jump on a plane when normality returns, except now he doesn’t have to. Get on-site/online flexibility. Your clients appreciate it. Your family appreciates it …and as a nice surprise, the already-paid-for ‘digital you’ is a powerful way to offer extra value when you want to get that booking.

Nina Sunday CSP

Three years ago Nina Sunday was attending podcasting meetup groups and conferences when she changed tack, and instead of starting a podcast, dusted off the unpublished draft of her now published book, ‘Workplace Wisdom for 9 to thrive’.

The first Qld chapter HUG in April gave Nina an idea to self-promote to her client base using a Q&A live interview format based on a timely topic, working from home. The COVID silver lining gave her creative time to record a further 8 episodes. On 23 July, Apple approved her podcast, ‘Manage Self, Lead Others with Nina Sunday’ now on Apple, Spotify, and Tunein. Sometimes it’s about taking massive imperfect action – take first one step, then the next step, then the next… then simply reach out to open the door right in front of you.

MC - Nina Sunday CSP

Your MC for the evening is our very own State President, Nina Sunday CSP.

You’ve seen her MC recent National Virtual events and our Chapter HUGs. Tonight she’ll be Master of Ceremonies to help us navigate the COVID maze.
