Shirley Anne Fortina CSP
As the principal and director of The POD Consultancy [POD = People, Opportunities and Development] Shirley Anne splits her time across presenting, facilitating, training and business coaching.
Shirley Anne’s passion is enabling those around her. She works with individuals and businesses – helping them work out where they are at now – where they would like to go and how they might close the gap between the two with an emphasis on strategic and business development planning.
Shirley Anne is the author of a report entitled 'Women in Business' and co-author of 'Strategic Internal Communications: Boosting corporate culture, productivity and profitability' both edited and published by The ARK Group Australia.
Rael Bricker CSP
From being 6000ft underground, to starting an education business (that grew to have 4000 plus students) to spending years working in venture capital, Rael has seen it all. He's listed companies on two international stock exchanges, and his financial services group has settled more than $3bn in loans over 18 years. Rael has a diverse work history, combined with his unique global research interviews with companies in more than 25 countries, which makes him perfect to advise businesses on growing and achieving business excellence as he has experienced the rollercoaster himself.
Rael Bricker holds two Masters degrees, an MBA and MSc (Engineering) and is currently a Fellow of the MFAA. (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia), a CSP with PSA and a Member of AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors). Additionally, Rael is a the first Australian Inspirationalist with Integrus Global, A Mentor with both Mentored With Mark Bouris and Mastermind space, and the author of “Dive In – Lessons learnt since business school.
