For us all to work together to support each other during the current challenging climate we will be running our normal Chapter meet-ups as Chapter HUGs via Zoom. You are welcome to join any of the state chapter HUGs as we share the love across the country. All of these events are free to members. For June, guests can also join the HUGs for a small registration charge.

The NSW June HUG will be held on 18 June at 6:00pm and we are delighted to have Phill Nosworthy present for us.

Phill Nosworthy is a leading executive mentor and educator. He is known for his work worldwide with senior teams at Microsoft, the Boston Consulting Group and Universal Music, along with his leadership development of teams at the AFL.

Join with Phill as he shares insights from his core content CONVERGENCE.

We know full well that we find ourselves in a time of unprecedented disruption. This volatile and ever-changing context demands a different approach to personal leadership, influence and team management.

Problematically, it is clear that so many professionals and leaders are trying to implement strategies that, though incredibly effective in more ‘normal’ times, have entirely lost their ability to drive results in the current context.

This session seeks to bring insights from peak performance psychology, mythology and participants own self-reflection to offer a new approach to leadership, influence, and growth.

This session will teach participants  an approach to self-reflection and leadership that offers constantly improving results, increased personal awareness and direct pragmatic tools for immediate use with their families, teams and own selves.
