To help you kick off the year in the best way possible, we are excited to welcome two speakers who are well known to the PSA community – Julie Meek and David Beard.
Julie and David are going to share with us their top tools and tips to help you set yourself up for success so that you can perform with peak energy, and maintain it for the entire year!

Speaker 1: Julie Meek
Julie Meek is a thought leader and keynote speaker in peak performance, inspiring and showing people how to achieve personal success through tackling all aspects of physical and mental health.
As a Performance Specialist, Accredited Practising Dietitian and expert in health promotion – with over 20 years of learning, practising and coaching health and personal/business performance – Julie knows what it takes to live and perform at peak levels.
Speaker 2: David Beard
David Beard is passionate about helping people to be fit, healthy and as productive as possible. He combines his expertise in physiology and biochemistry with his experience in business, human resources and behaviour change to get to the heart of problems faced by individuals and businesses.
He believes everyone has the ability to achieve extraordinary things, and that with the right behaviours, consistently followed, anything is possible.
