How to Woo the Camera – Sabine Gruchet
Having discovered the value of video, we’re rushing out to film ourselves, create online training, clog up social media with our 30 second clips. But are there ways we could be doing this better? Are there hidden pitfalls when it comes to speaking to camera? Sabine will take her years of experience in front of a lens and explain what it takes to appear relaxed and confident in front of a camera.
Sabine will share with us the story of her varied professional successes. Having always been entrepreneurial by nature, Sabine started her first business at 17 in Castlereagh St SYDNEY and another at the ripe old age of 20 in Hunter & Pitt St Sydney.
After 20+ years in front of the camera, Sabine now has her own Photography and video studio @mullensstreetstudio in Balmain, Sydney where she project manages client shoots. She is still a model and presenter for several big brands and live shopping tv and videos. Sabine is now face of a weight loss product after going from straight size to plus size. She will share her story of how she was paid to lose weight! - as well as teach us what we need to know in order to:
• look good in a photograph
• perform at our best on video
• develop good body and posture confidence
Sabine is an international professional full-time Model, Actor, Presenter, best known in Australia for being the "Wheel of Fortune” model. Sabine is a dual French and Australian citizen and her modelling and presenting work has taken her to UK, NZ, Asia, Germany, and USA. Sabine speaks at events, does MC work and runs training sessions preparing people for the camera, so this is a great opportunity to tap into her expertise.
