You will be treated to two fantastic presentations this month!

Dale Rees-Bevan – Putting Your Gems into a Keynote

When it comes to putting together a new keynote (or any presentation) it’s useful to have a clear framework to work with – a system that helps us select the gems and put them into a beautifully crafted piece.

In this session, Dale will show you a failsafe framework to get clarity around your structure and message.

She’ll also share strategies for making the biggest impact with your message – strategies you can build into your framework as part of your preparation.

You’ll take away:

  • A clear, logical framework for your next keynote
  • A structure that will highlight your main learning points or “gems”
  • A system to develop your content and strategies for each learning point

About Dale:

Dale is a speaker, trainer, certified World Class Speaking Coach™, current president of Professional Speakers Australia NSW/ACT, president of SpeakersBank Australia Incorporated and author of The Speaking Formula.

In 2017, Dale was one of the Australian representatives competing at the World Championship of Public Speaking in Vancouver.

Over the last 20 years, Dale has both set up public speaking programs and been invited to speak in South Africa, UK and Australia and Japan. Dale has been consulted by a wide range of professionals to prepare for conference presentations and looks forward to sharing her strategies with you.

MC
Peter Merrett

We’re very pleased to welcome former chapter president Peter Merrett as our MC for the evening. Peter, better known as Mr Wonderful, is a speaker on customer service and has a reputation for making all his speaking engagements a great experience! Peter is also a member of the national PSA board.

Pre-session: Storytelling – Daniel Merza.

Bring your stories for a test-run and get real-time feedback from the audience. Daniel will facilitate the session, which is a great opportunity not only to work out whether your stories are landing well, but also to get to know more about what your fellow PSA members are doing and what they speak about. All are welcome to this session – bring your stories! (If you want to ensure that you are able to deliver yours, email dale@dalereesbevan.com before the event).
