Part one of the hands-on workshop will address overall key business planning questions including:
Mission: WHY are you here? What is your core purpose? What business are you in?
Vision: WHERE are you going? What will your business look like in five years?
Values: WHAT guides your decisions? What principles underpin your behaviour?
Strategies: HOW do you plan to achieve your vision? What are the categories of work to be done that make up your overall plan?
Objectives: WHEN will your stated aims and objectives be achieved? What are your specific targets, goals and milestones along the way?
Priorities: WHO is accountable for what in the next ninety days? What are your top five priorities for the next ninety days?
Part two of the hands-on workshop format will address the overall 13 + 1 P’s of developing an effective marketing plan for your speaking business including:
