Speaker 1: Business Models for Establishing or Growing a Speaking Business

This session will explore the key considerations in establishing or growing your speaking business. This is focused on understanding the legal options and structures for both the business and the speaking model.

  1. the key legal structures for businesses in Australia;
  2. different business models for running a speaking business, from the one speaker to multiple speaker business, and licensing models;
  3. identify  the key roles in having a support team; and
  4. explore the difference alliances that could work for you.

    About Jill Hutchison

     Jill Hutchison is an inspirational speaker and author of The Attitude of Gratitude Journal.

    Internationally renowned, she spoke at the prestigious Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2015 in India last week. That conference, subtitled The Global Business Hub, was attended by more than 25,000 people.

    Now Perth-based, Jill was born and raised on a dairy farm in South Africa. She has worked with banks and brokers on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, in offshore property investing, and now specializes in keynote motivational speaking, coaching and professional development.

     Her speaking topics include: attitude, goal setting, unlocking your potential and gratitude.

     Jill moved to WA in 2007 and founded coaching business Evolve Dynamic in 2008.  Since then she has worked with dozens of clients all over the world.

     Apart from working as an inspirational speaker, Jill has run USA Property Investing workshops in Perth and has lead African Soul Retreats to Hluhluwe Imfolozi, South Africa. 

    In 2013, she published her first book – The Attitude of Gratitude Journal: The Answer to everything! This was inspired after discovering the power of ‘gratitude’ as a simple daily ritual.

     Jill has a Bachelor in Economics from University of Cape Town.  She has also studied with, and worked alongside, some of the world’s best coaches including Bob Proctor and Loral Langemeier, two of the stars of documentary film, The Secret. Jill has facilitated at Bob Proctor's Matrixx Event in Toronto and hosted Perth events for Loral Langemeier.

     Jill and husband Ross live in Duncraig with their three children - Dylan (17), Kelsey (14) and Sylvia (12).
