Dr. Richard Allen, Ph.D.

Richard Allen, Ph.D., is a highly regarded trainer with more than 30 years experience coaching trainers, speakers, and presenters.  Founder and President of Green Light Education, he is the author of many popular books in both the fields of training and education, including:  TrainSmart, Humane Presentations, Green Light Classrooms, High-Impact Teaching in the XYZ Era of Education; and most recently The Rock ‘n Roll Classroom.  He is constantly presenting in a diverse array of locations throughout the globe, from the United States and Canada, to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Russia, Jordan, and Brazil.  Dr. Allen completed his doctorate in educational psychology at Arizona State University, where he studied how the human brain receives, processes, and recalls information - knowledge that informs all aspects of his presentation strategies.
