- Friday Evening - Official Convention Opening followed by a Cocktail Function
- Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd March - Formal Convention Sessions, Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony
- Monday 24th March 2025 – Post-convention workshops
- The CSP Platform Professionals Day. For CSP’s or those who meet eligibility requirements
- General Post-Convention workshop focused on sales & marketing content and tools to secure your future revenue targets
