Lisa McInnes-Smith CSP, CPAE, is in the top 5% of keynote speakers in the world. She is one of only three Aussies to be inducted into the International Speakers Hall of Fame (CPAE) and is one of the most loved speakers in the industry. With a focus on increasing the level of engagement, interactivity and connection in groups, Patrick brings over 25 years of corporate and theatre experience to deliver improvisation based training with personality, intelligence and integrity.

Leveraging his experience in roles spanning Conference Emcee, Corporate entertainer, Improvisation facilitator, Actor, Director and Designer, Patrick ensures his events have deep, sustained impact and plenty of fun.
