As we know, stories are a huge part of the speaking business, whether speaking from the platform as a keynote or creating change in the board room.

This month we have one of the great story tellers of our association, Queen of the corporate stage and a master of audience participation - Lisa McInnes-Smith.

About Lisa McInnes Smith

Lisa McInnes-Smith is a master speaker on the corporate stage and an expert at audience participation. During her incredible journey, Lisa has presented to more than one million adults in twenty-two countries including sharing the stage with two American Presidents, one Vice President and a host of celebrity entertainers.

Lisa’s focus is what it takes for people to ‘shift’. Helping people shift an attitude, shift direction, shift behaviour or shift outcomes. She knows that people don't come to conferences just to learn, they want to be fully engaged. As an expert at increasing potential and transforming personal performance Lisa recognises that each individual is different and has a variety of skills and talents that must be mastered.

Her accomplished career has also seen Lisa inducted into the National Speakers Hall of Fame receiving numerous awards including the Educator Award for Excellence, Presenters Award for Excellence and the prestigous Nevin Award. She is also the first and only Australian speaker outside North America to be inducted into the International Speaker Hall of Fame, the highest designation in the speaking world.
