This ‘fireside chat’ presentation will reveal the pivotal points along a speaking career that started when he quit his job as a public servant in the WA Education Department.

He’ll share his marketing strategies, how he got on the card at the World Conference on Customer Service Management (twice), how he licensed a 12 minute video for more than $100K, and much more!
